## Job Content

### Job overview

We are excited to be recruiting a Community Team Manager to join our dynamic Central Norfolk CAMHS/ Service at a time of genuine transformation and innovation.

Our service is evolving as part of a wider commitment to improve pathways for young people. Currently supporting children and young people aged 0-14 CAMHS and 14–25 Youth, we are transitioning towards a new model where our CAMHS teams will support children and young people 0-18 and the Youth Service will focus on 18–25 year olds,

This creates a unique opportunity to be part of shaping a modern, responsive mental health service for young people and young adults.

If you’re motivated to be part of a forward-thinking service and want to help shape the future of mental health care for young people, we would love to hear from you.

### Main duties of the job

Are you an experienced manager or leader within a community mental health setting, do you have experience or an interest in working with Children, Young People and Families? Then we want to hear from you.

We work closely alongside Social Care and the young people’s carers, particularly supporting those young people who are experiencing attachment or trauma related difficulties as a result of their past history.

We are looking for passionate, skilled professionals from a Nursing, Social Work (with additional mental health training), or Occupational Therapy background. In this role, you will deliver high-quality mental health assessment and interventions, while building meaningful relationships with young people and their families.

You’ll be joining a vibrant, supportive, and highly skilled team, where collaboration, compassion, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. This is a role where you can truly make a difference supporting young people through challenging times and empowering them to thrive.

We welcome applications from those seeking flexible working arrangements, including full-time and part-time roles, and are committed to supporting a positive work–life balance.
