You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, managing performance, and ensuring that care is responsive, evidence-based, and aligned with national and local standards. You will lead, support, and develop a diverse team of practitioners, fostering a positive and inclusive culture that promotes staff wellbeing, continuous learning, and professional development. This includes supervising staff, managing caseloads, and ensuring effective risk management and safeguarding practices are embedded across the service. This role will monitor and report on key performance indicators, support quality assurance processes, and drive improvements to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
