An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join the South Skye Community Team based in Broadford.The post holder will work as part of the dynamic Skye and Lochalsh Integrated Health and Social Care Team within the District Nursing Service.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical interests and skills within a friendly, supportive and forward‑thinking team, working in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

You will contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred community nursing service, working in close partnership with patients, their families and carers. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider integrated health and social care team to support holistic care, promote independence and enable people to remain at home wherever possible.

The successful candidate will:

- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of clinical skills relevant to community nursing
- Have experience in the management of long-term conditions
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively within an integrated team environment
- Be organised, adaptable and committed to high standards of patient care

A full UK driving licence is essential for this post. A pool car may be available; however, the use of a personal vehicle is required.
