We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our wonderful District Nursing Team. The Ross-On-wye District Nursing Team are a very supportive and dedicated team, we are an incredibly engaging, positive and hard-working team, providing care and support to patients in their own homes, as well as the wound clinic which is based at Ross Community Hospital. PLEASE NOTE - This role will be predominantly running the Ross DN Team Wound Clinic which is based in Ross Community Hospital. Wound Clinic provides care and treatment for non-housebound patients for a variety of wounds, therefore a knowledge of how to manage and treat wounds is necessary.  As part of this role you will be expected to undertake catheter changes, bladder scans, CVAD management, drains, nephrostomy care, Dopplers and Compression. The trust will provide training for all of these skills, you will be fully supported to develop within the clinic role. The Wound clinic currently runs 4 days a week between 8 and 4pm, where the demand is high the clinic also runs on some bank holidays.
