We are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our newly established Community Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) and IV Service, delivered in partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. This innovative service will enable patients requiring intravenous antimicrobial therapy to receive treatment safely in their own homes and community settings, reducing hospital stays and improving patient experience. As a Community OPAT and IV Nurse, you will work closely with specialist OPAT and Community response teams, consultants, pharmacists, microbiologists, and community healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
