We are looking for a caring, motivated and friendly Community Nurse to join our team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. Please note this position is community based, requiring the successful applicant to see patients in their own homes. Therefore, a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential. ### Main duties of the job You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development. We also actively encourage newly qualified nurses to join our team. In return we offer a preceptorship program and support professional development in a nurturing environment, allowing you to reach your full potential.
