This would include the holistic assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care. The post holder will be autonomous in their clinical practice while  acknowledging their limitations and actively seek advice as necessary. ### Main duties of the job We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, individuals to join the Llandrindod Wells District Nursing Team. We welcome new registrants and experienced staff who share our values, who want to consolidate new skills and learning within a fully supportive and individualized preceptorship program. We need somebody who is caring, sympathetic and able to learn new skills with excellent communications skills and an attitude that ensures the highest standard of care for our patients. We have permanent roles to offer on a full and part time basis. Any successful applicants will be supported by the clinical lead.
