You will be required to work autonomously, with the support of peers and Leads, to ensure the safe and effective care of clients sat within shared caseloads. You will also be required to cover duty on a rota. The environment is fast-paced and highly unpredictable; therefore a level of resilience and organisation is required. The skills gained from working within a community team are vast, and this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to try something different.
