You must have excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously, whilst being flexible and adaptable to supporting the service leads in developing and changing the service as it evolves. You will be part of an integrated therapy team and we have a strong commitment to support all staff members with CPD opportunities. We offer regular supervision and annual appraisal with a regular in-service training programme. The post requires a commitment to weekend working which is underpinned by teaching and a competency programme.
