\<p\>Are you an experienced Phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing compassionate care to patients?\</p\>\<p\>Were looking for a Band 2 Community Phlebotomist to join our Community Nursing team, based at Sheppey Community Hospital.\</p\>\<p\>Youll spend much of your working day out in the community, visiting patients within their own homes to obtain blood samples following referrals from Community Nursing teams and GPs.\</p\>\<p\>For some patients, accessing traditional healthcare settings can be challenging, so the care you provide within their home can make a real difference. Youll need to combine excellent phlebotomy skills with a calm, compassionate and professional approach, making patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their appointment.\</p\>\<p\>You\\'ll organize your workload, travel between patients and carry out venipuncture independently, while knowing when something needs to be escalated to a senior colleague or GP.\</p\>\<p\>If youre an experienced Phlebotomist looking for greater independence and the variety that comes with community-based working, wed love to hear from you.\</p\>\<p\>A full UK driving license and access to a car during the working day are essential for this community-based position.\</p\>\<h4\>\<br\>\</h4\>\<h4\>Package Description\</h4\>\<p\>As a Band 2 Community Phlebotomist, youll be part of our valued Community N
