The team provide  assessments, a programme of care  for vulnerable adults living in the community. The Band 6 OT or PT  contributes to service development and improvement. The Band 6 would provide advice and  guidance,  junior staff. The post holder will work within the Integrated Falls Service - mainly in Broad Green Centre. There are also Falls prevention Groups held in Croydon Hospital and in some areas around the Borough.
