You will manage your own caseload and work autonomously across a variety of settings, using your specialist clinical skills including moving and handling expertise to support individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Key Responsibilities - Carry out specialist moving and handling assessments and reviews in both community and hospital settings especially where double-handed care is provided or requested. Develop and implement effective, person centered solutions that promote independence, including specialist equipment and tailored care packages. Manage a diverse caseload, including highly complex cases, in line with relevant legislation and best practice. Work as an autonomous practitioner, demonstrating strong problem solving, clinical reasoning, and independent decision making skills.
