Based at Stanmore (HA7 1AT), the Care Home Team delivers high quality nursing care to residents across care homes within Hertsmere, St Albans and Harpenden, Dacorum, and Watford. You will be supported by an experienced Band 7 Team Lead, Practice Development Nurses, and a range of specialist link nurses, with access to excellent learning and development opportunities through the CLCH Academy. This role is ideal for an experienced community nurse looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and forward thinking team. The post holder will be required to work across the locality in response to service needs, including participation in a 1 in 4 weekend rota. As travel between care homes and community settings is required, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential.
