We would welcome applicants who are passionate about recovery, person centred in their approaches and driven to be part of a close working team. You will be supported in your clinical work, and professional development, and with ongoing close & supportive supervision from the Team Leader. You will provide specialist care and interventions, assessments, treatments and managing patients on a caseload, as part of the wider multi- disciplinary care team. You will provide a high-quality person-centred approach to care delivery which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity. We are looking for someone who is reliable, committed, dynamic, and a motivated professional with excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. Having experience of working in a community mental health environment would be useful, but not essential, you will need to be able to apply the philosophies of engagement and recovery within your work with service users. A good level of IT literacy is an essential requirement. The team is based in Wimborne and covers the surrounding area. The post holder will need to have a valid driving licence and use of a car as they will be required to assess and monitor patients in their own homes and within other community settings.
