Whether you're an experienced Registered Nurse or a Newly Registered Nurse, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that puts patient care first. You will undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to care planning, along with supporting physical health monitoring and promote wellbeing. In addition to this, the postholder will work collaboratively with carers, families, and partner agencies. You will contribute to risk assessment and risk management planning You will participate in psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions under supervision.
