The successful candidate will be required to provide care to service users within the legal frameworks of the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010, the Social Services and Well- Being (Wales) Act 2014 and the Mental Health Act (1983) You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible in approach, able to work autonomously as well as with statutory and non- statutory service providers. Effective communication and engagement skills are fundamental to this role, as well as a current evidence-based knowledge and a commitment to working with individuals adopting a recovery approach and a commitment to working within a trauma informed model of care.
