We are looking for a passionate Community Learning Disability Nurse ready to take their knowledge and skills to the next level, as an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent position in the Croydon Community Learning Disabilities Team.

The successful candidate will have a strong skillset working with people with learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions, complex physical health and mental health issues.

The successful applicant will join a highly valued nursing service as part of the multidisciplinary team for adults with intellectual disabilities, based in the heart of Croydon.

The CLDT comprises Learning Disability Nurses, Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, a Dietitian and Physiotherapists. The service is located in Bernard Weatherill House, Croydon Council Headquarter, and has strong working relationships with key partner agencies including Croydon Adult Social Care and Croydon Mental Health in Learning Disabilities (South London and Maudsley).

This is a full time post. However, requests for part-time working and job share may be considered, taking into account at all times the operational needs of the team.
