We are looking for a full time band 6 Learning Disabilities Nurse to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the nursing model to assess, plan implement and evaluate care, ensuring people’s physical health needs are met; to support mainstream health services to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities and to support hospital admission and discharges. The successful candidate will be the clinical and operational supervisor for a junior member of the team, and support student nurses on placements within the team. You will be provided with many exciting opportunities to further enhance your learning and development through nursing away days, annual trust nursing conferences, attending trust quality awards and training and development opportunities. Flexible working opportunities available, including agile working.
