## Job Content

### Job overview

Within our Community Health Services Care Group, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead the administrative functions and coordination of site-wide facilities management services at Lings Bar Hospital, alongside supporting a number of other Community Health Services sites.

This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring that all site services, estates, and facilities functions are well-coordinated, efficient, and responsive to operational needs. The post holder will also take responsibility for maintaining a high standard of site presentation, ensuring both the internal and external environment is safe, welcoming, and fit for purpose.

They will act as the first point of contact for site-specific services, providing effective coordination and support across the site.

A range of contractors and partner organisations operate from or provide services to the site, and the post holder will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role will also contribute to wider Estates and Facilities service requirements, supporting the delivery of organisational priorities and maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Please note that this role does not involve the provision of clinical services, but plays a critical part in enabling the environment in which care is delivered.

The post holder will also provide day-to-day management and leadership of the administration and reception team, ensuring a high-quality, responsive front-of-house service.
