As an Assistant Practitioner you will need to be flexible and hardworking. You will be expected to see patients in their own home environment, under minimal supervision within your competencies and adhering to SWFT’s Lone Working Policy. Working with a variety of staff groups in and out of the NHS your communications skills will be first-rate as you will be communicating with patients and carer’s in their own homes and also your fellow colleagues.
