This is an exciting and diverse role within the Commercial Finance team to work directly with commercial and operations teams, providing financial insight and helping to drive optimal business decisions. ### Main duties of the job - Monitor data submissions and support sites that require guidance, assisting them to achieve submission deadlines with high data quality. - Analyse data submissions against targets; liaising with units to obtain rationale for variances to support CFM in challenging overspends. - Help develop and take ownership of key data sources and trackers. - Producing daily/weekly/monthly reporting on various KPIs and ensuring they are accurate and timely. - Provide and complete fee breakdowns, ensuring information is provided to the Commissioning Team on a timely basis. - Develop strong, professional relationships with all levels of the business to support managers in taking ownership of their unit performance; willing to occasionally visit sites. - Prepare presentation packs monthly and help develop value adding insights. - Reviewing relevant queries and providing solutions to these. - Adherence to company policies and procedures. - Support CFM with budget setting process. - Complete training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. - Ad hoc projects/reports as required. ### About us Cygnet was established in 1988.
