We have various teams across the MHST, all in various stages of training. This role will therefore give you a great opportunity to work with both qualified staff and trainees. The role also offers a flexible style of working, as the team use a hybrid model, offering support both face to face and virtually to education staff, children, young people and their families. You will need to be enthusiastic and very well organised and able to travel across Lincolnshire as needed to provide services. You will be expected to be able to work on your own initiative as well as work well within a multi-disciplinary setting.
