This key role will support the development and delivery of a local co‑occurring pathway, improving outcomes for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use needs. You will lead the implementation and monitoring of the Co‑Occurring Framework, while maintaining a clinical caseload and ensuring high standards of care within a robust governance framework. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, statutory partners, and third-sector organisations, you will help build strong integrated relationships to support service users and their families. The role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing effective care plans, contributing to service improvement through audit and evaluation, and delivering training to enhance clinical practice across services. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner with strong leadership abilities and a passion for integrated, person-centred care. Welsh language skills are desirable ## Person Specification ### Attitude and abilities **Essential** - Excellent communication skills including IT skills Ability to lead staff and manage the process of change Excellent risk assessment skills Clinical and management leadership skills Extensive knowledge of Co-Occurring Mental health and substance misuse Issues Knowledge of research and evidence based interventions in relation to Co-Occurring Mental health and substance misuse Issues.
