The service has been provided by the trust since April 2025 so is in its infancy. Secondments will also be considered for this role. This role will work alongside the recently appointed team manager and be responsible for overseeing the day to day clinical delivery of the orders which are completed by the practitioners. This is a great opportunity to help shape and further develop a busy and thriving service working with a small but enthusiastic team. Fixed term end date: 31/03/2027 ### Main duties of the job - Work alongside the Team Manager overseeing day to day clinical practice of the practitioners and providing clinical advice and guidance - Responding to and working with key stakeholders such as probation and the courts - Providing local clinical leadership, co-ordination and supervision for trainees and volunteers employed by or attached to the MHTR service, under the general direction and supervision of the Clinical Lead - Providing advice and consultancy to professionals, patients, family members, and carers - To provide clinical supervision and consultation to the MHTR team - The post holder will be supported by senior colleagues within their specialist field.
