We are an enthusiastic and supportive team who are motivated to support young people and their families with moderate to severe mental health needs within East Hertfordshire. We work closely with a range of colleagues in social care, schools and other partners. CYPMHS East is a part of HPFT CYPMHS , who have been at the forefront of national developments in CYMPHS, including CAPA and CYP-IAPT.  We pride ourselves on the high quality service we provide as a multi-disciplinary team. The service is rapidly expanding in line the with evolving needs of young people in Hertfordshire. ### Main duties of the job Main duties - To be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children, adolescents and their families/carers and caring networks for those with problems of behavioural, emotional, attachment and trauma, emotional, psychological or mental health issues - Demonstrate effective leadership within the team, including being involved in service development, delivering training and providing clinical supervision. - To work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing high quality mental health services to children and young people across East Hertfordshire. - To work in ways which are sensitive to and appropriate for the needs of families from a wide range of racial, cultural and religious backgrounds.
