Alongside managing a clinical caseload, the successful candidate will provide clinical supervision and support to Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners and other members of the workforce, helping to develop clinical skills, maintain high standards of care, and promote best practice. The post holder will play an active role in service leadership, contributing to service development, pathway improvement, quality initiatives, and the implementation of evidence-based practice. Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, they will help shape and enhance the delivery of psychological therapies across the service.
