We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, or CBT Therapist to join our West CMHT Psychological Therapies team and N-STEP Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality, evidence based psychological care to a diverse client group. This is a varied role for a clinician who thrives on autonomy, collaboration, and service development. This post would suit an individual early on in their career who is looking to gain experience across different services as well as an experienced practitioner who enjoys working with our client population. ### Main duties of the job Across both roles you will: Provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients in a variety of community settings, including GP surgeries and other local venues. Work with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when required. Regular attendance at weekly MDT clinical and business meetings. Offer consultation, advice, and training to non-psychologist colleagues and carers, supporting psychologically informed care across the service. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and team policies. Use your research and audit skills to contribute to service development.
