The role is being advertised for 1.5 days per week, or 3 sessions. The Adult Mental Health Transformation portfolio runs six programmes looking at the delivery of the Trust Strategy and the NHS long term plan, whilst supporting clinical and operational colleagues in responding to quality priorities. The six programmes include community mental health, inpatient mental health, rehabilitation, urgent and emergency care, complex emotional needs and culture of care. Working with divisions, you'll support implementation of new models of care, considering workforce, digital, estates, and pathway redesign. You'll ensure clinical engagement throughout, acting as a bridge between frontline teams and programme leads to ensure successful adoption. You will monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation on clinical outcomes, patient experience, access, utilisation, and workforce.
