The specific base remains subject to ongoing mobilisation work for the Assertive Outreach pathway. Working in collaboration with the Team Leader and members of the wider Assertive Outreach workforce, Early Intervention Psychosis teams and Local Mental Health workforce, the Clinical Team Lead will be contribute to the clinical oversight of the service to ensure high patient safety and quality standards. The post holder will provide supervision and support the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe patient centred care and provide senior leadership within the service. This is an exciting time to join the  Assertive Outreach Team during our transformation and the right candidate will be involved in shaping this new way of working . We  pride ourselves on offering high quality evidenced based care to service users and their support network, but also being a warm and supportive team that places an emphasis on a positive working culture. ### Main duties of the job To provide continuing support to the team leader in the clinical management, leadership and development responsibilities ensuring the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team to a diverse group of patients, their families and carers, in accordance with quality practice and procedures.
