The role will provide line management of School Nurses and skill-mix staff and the postholder will support the Clinical and Operational Lead to drive forward the high quality delivery of the Healthy Child Programme across the 0-19 services and work in partnership with our partners in primary care, early years, education and local authority, plus voluntary sectors. You will be a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse SCPHN, (School Nurse) and possess excellent communication skills with a proven track record in effective and safe service delivery, whilst ensuring that competing demands are met and successful delivery of objectives within business plans.
