Were looking for Clinical Support Workers to join our Trust in various areas including Forensic, Mental Health Adults and Older peoples. These are full-time roles (37.5 hours per week), working with adults who need support during a difficult time in their lives.

This job is about being present, listening, and helping people feel safe, respected, and supported in their recovery. You'll work alongside nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and social workers, and you'll never be expected to do this alone.

Well support you with a local induction and full mandatory training when you start.

We are aware of an increase in online short-course certifications being presented as equivalent to NVQ Level 2/3; however, these courses often lack the required depth, breadth, and clinical competency standards of a formally accredited qualification and will not be accepted.

### Training

**Essential**

- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of service user safety, eg, Prevention & management of violence & aggression, moving and handling, etc.

### Experience

**Essential**

- In providing personal care and related procedures for those with health/social needs.
- In working in a caring environment at a band 2 or equivalent level of competence.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- GCSE A-D or grade 3-9 in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Relevant Level 2 qualification/or working through, with the ability to demonstrate competencies at level 3.
- Care Certificate or required to achieve within 12 weeks of commencement.
