Ward 51 is a 24-bed clinical area, specifically designed to be a dementia friendly ward to offer comfort and privacy for our patients. We care for individuals with a variety of acute medical needs whilst managing their co-morbidities. Understanding the fundamentals of care and supporting our patients with these whilst encouraging physical activity and engagement is essential to maintaining patients baseline functioning. We aim to provide a diverse and rewarding work environment. You’ll work closely with our well-established medical team and ward-based multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centred care.
