Under expert supervision and as part of a dynamic and evolving mental health support team the successful post- holder will supervise, develop, and support Education Mental Health Practitioners/Childrens Wellbeing Practitioners to provide guided self-help, low intensity, brief, evidence-based CBT and to deliver groups and Whole School Approach Interventions. The role will also involve highlighting areas of need within the team and helping to develop the service and create quality improvement plans supported by, and in conjunction with, senior colleagues. Demonstratable Knowledge and post qualification experience of working, delivering Low intensity CBT interventions to CYP and or their families within a multi-agency environment. - Significant experience of working with CYP and their families around a range of emotional/mental health and developmental needs. - Experience of monitoring and recording outcome measures for childrens emotional wellbeing. - Experience of delivering training in subjects related to mental health and wellbeing.
