Flexible working and secondments would be considered. The post holder will work within the GMMH Central Research Delivery Team to support the running of clinical research studies across Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH). ### Main duties of the job This includes supporting the identification and consent of participants to a range of clinical research studies adopted by the National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR).  This involves supporting service users, carers, families and clinical teams involved in studies and supporting the development, implementation and regular review of recruitment strategies for a diverse range of studies delivered across a diverse population. Additionally the post-holder will actively promote research and the work of the GMMH Research & Innovation team and the NIHR Research Delivery Network amongst clinicians, service users and the wider NHS.
