We work collaboratively towards person centred goals. We are supported by an admin hub. CBIT is a specialist service providing neuro rehabilitation to adults affected by brain injury. CBIT is provided by the NHS Kent and Medway Mental Health Trust. The Community Brain Injury Team’s mission statement is to provide high quality neuro rehabilitation to adults affected by brain injury living in the community. Our service addresses the physical, psychological and social consequences of brain injury. Working with the client, family and carers we offer personalised care plans and collaborative goal setting to facilitate enablement and adjustment to promote effective self-management.
