### Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to provide professional leadership and clinical expertise within the Home First Therapy Team. The post holder will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients, ensuring high standards of patient-centred care are delivered across the service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and assessment skills, enabling them to make complex clinical decisions and develop effective rehabilitation and reablement plans tailored to individual patient needs.

As a clinical leader, the post holder will support service development, provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff and students, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to manage a varied caseload.

The Home First Therapy Team provide a service covering Norwich & North Norfolk. The team is made up of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and an Assistant Practitioner.

The successful candidate will hold a full drivers licence and a car owner.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Extensive post-qualification experience including significant experience at senior level in areas relevant to the clinical specialty.
- Involvement in service improvement, audit, research and understanding quality issues
- Contributing to clinical education/development of less experienced staff, students or assistants

### Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (UK)
