An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced Nurse to apply for a  full time post as a Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse on Gold Accredited,  Ward 10 Head & Neck, on a fixed term/secondment basis for maternity cover. The ideal candidate would have complex airway management skills including Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy, however this is not a requirement and the right candidate can gain these once in post. The candidate should be able to demonstrate high standards of patient care, have excellent communication skills and be able to engage other staff in improvement initiatives to inspire the ward in their accreditation journey.
