We are one of the largest training providers of foundation trainee pharmacists, with a training cohort of 18 trainees, 30 undergraduate placements and up to 36 FS1 foundation pharmacists.   It is a dynamic department, with lots of opportunities and many expert colleagues to learn from. You will support the Lead Pharmacist, Clinical Services with both clinical services development and organisation, as well ensuring continuous quality improvement of high quality patient-focused ward and clinical services to patients of the Trust. The post holder will work with and alongside a variety of specialist pharmacy teams and operational service leads and engage in co-ordinating and supporting the clinical service provision across the sites. You will have the opportunity to line manage resident/rotational staff and/or be a trainee supervisor depending on your experience.
