We are seeking a Clinical Service Manager to provide operational and professional leadership for our Head and Neck Cancer and ENT pathways, while contributing to the leadership and strategic development of the wider Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service. Lead on strategic development, operational policy and pathways within the specialist area(s) for the Trust. Contribute to the strategic planning and service development within the wider SLT department. Provide highly specialist SLT care to patients. The successful candidate will work closely with pathway clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective and sustainable services and will contribute to wider departmental and organisational priorities. Applicants should demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of Speech and Language Therapy practice together with significant leadership and management experience.
