The post holder will also provide leadership and oversight for all patient experience, audit, inquest and regulatory functions undertaken within the borough and / or service(s). ### Main duties of the job To support the Trust and borough(s) / service(s) regarding: PSIRF, patient safety, clinical assurance, PSIs, formal complaints, patient feedback and all associated learning. To provide specialist expertise and oversight whilst contributing to delivering the Trust-wide safety agenda and achieving the Trust quality priorities. To support the borough director, service managers and staff to discharge their responsibilities in the delivery of PSIRF and other safety related issues, including patient experience, quality assurance and meeting the required statutory and mandatory quality and governance requirements. Contribute to, and lead, on the development of quality, safety and patient experience reports for regular and ad hoc meetings.
