Applicants should have a post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent experience), and significant experience of hospital clinical pharmacy. ### Main duties of the job - Provision of expert clinical pharmacy services in accordance with Trust requirements to in-patients, including: personal delivery of expert clinical pharmacy, provision of expert advice at a policy and individual patient care level, provision of leadership, clinical supervision and mentorship to other pharmacists, technicians and assistants, provision of pharmaceutical advice to divisional teams - To lead, organise, manage and develop services provided by the team - To work closely with the Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Chief Technician to ensure optimal team performance, staff distribution and service delivery. - Work with the other Lead and Consultant Pharmacists to ensure there is expert pharmacy support for all specialities. - Provision of specialist training - Leads and develops audit for the areas of responsibility, participates in clinical trials and practice research. ### About us DBTH is one of Yorkshire's Leading acute trusts, serving a population of more than 440,000.
