We have enthusiastic and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to young people, their families and carers. Additionally, we are making a number of positive changes to the service; seeing waiting-lists drop and taking opportunities to think innovatively about our practice. If this role speaks to you, please consider applying. ### Main duties of the job The role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist is to provide specialist clinical interventions to our young people, their families and loved ones. It also involves delivery of leadership activities within the team. If appointed, you will: - Deliver clinical interventions. - Work as a non-medical prescriber. - Offer support, supervision and informal training to your colleagues. - Contribute to multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings. - Undertake other clinical tasks within the team. - Support  the Community Team Manager.
