You’ll be joining a supportive, skilled, and genuinely passionate team where your growth, curiosity, and commitment will be valued every day. ### Main duties of the job In this role, you will: - Lead nurse‑led clinics — independently reviewing, planning, treating and safely discharging patients with a wide range of hand injuries and conditions. - Work collaboratively across the Hand Unit — complementing and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, high‑quality care. - Ensure smooth, efficient clinic flow — helping to maintain a well‑organised, patient‑centred outpatient environment. - Apply specialist expertise in wound care — including plastics post‑operative reviews, to manage complex wounds confidently and effectively. - Co‑ordinate staffing, clinic activity and theatre bookings — playing a key part in maximising service efficiency.
