Our current service has an excellent reputation, with some of the best clinical and patient reported outcomes nationally. We have a large catchment across London and Southeast England where patients/families have chosen to transfer their care to us. We are looking for a Band 7 (1.0 WTE) Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our existing team. ### Main duties of the job We require a Paediatric Nurse with proven experience in delivering paediatric and adolescent diabetes care, including at least one year working as a paediatric diabetes specialist nurse at Band 6 level. You will be enthusiastic about improving standards of diabetes care; have experience of supporting CYP with diabetes technology including Hybrid Closed Loop pumps; have excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and in collaboration with other professionals. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities For the full Person Specification and more information regarding the main responsibilities of this role, please refer to the attached Job Description.
