As a key member of the team, you will combine clinical expertise with compassionate care, supporting patients and families through sensitive and often complex health journeys. You will play a central role in delivering personalised, high-quality care, helping young people to better understand and manage their health in a supportive and empowering environment. You will provide tailored education and guidance, enabling young people to understand their condition and actively participate in their care.

The role involves delivering sensitive information in an age-appropriate and accessible manner, while providing emotional support and reassurance. You will act as an advocate, ensuring that care is personalised and responsive to individual needs, including safeguarding considerations where appropriate.
