We enjoy a close relationship with the Multi-disciplinary team of Stroke Clinicians, Clinical nurse Specialists, Advanced care Practitioners, Clinicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language therapists and Dieticians. ### Main duties of the job You will be a clinical leader who will be encouraged and supported to proactively engage with these professions to provide the best quality care and outcomes for our patients. You will need to have excellent communication skills, leadership skills and participate in providing and sharing information throughout the day, to patients and their relatives, at board rounds and at regular ward multidisciplinary meetings.  You will support all team members, through a proactive approach, to manage your daily workload and develop your delegation skills. Excellent communication and time management skills are a necessity to this position.
