Candidates should have relevant experience at a Band 5/6 level within the field of adult Mental Health. The successful candidate will be required to be passionate about delivering an exceptional level of care and leading a team to ensure this is achieved. As Clinical Lead applicants you will be expected to demonstrate a passion to want to work in mental health services and have a passion for unscheduled care services.  you will be expected to work alongside the Multidisciplinary to assess, treat and prepare for safe discharges. The successful applicant will have an excellent opportunity to support, lead and develop the team on  Ward F. ### Main duties of the job We are looking for someone who has a drive and passion for trauma informed care and can demonstrate effective leadership and change management skills. To play a critical role within the Ward F management team, the post holder will be expected to maintain high standards of evidence based nursing care. This will be accomplished through completing regular audits of the nursing paper work completed by the Band 5 nurses on the ward, having regular supervisions with the Nursing team to ensure that high standards are maintained and to ensure that the team are supporting each other.  The post holder will be expected to deputise as role of Ward Manager in their absence. An essential aspect of the Clinical Lead role will be to ensure you role model a high standard of compassionate care, leading by example and engaging with the staff team and Ward Manager regularly to confirm these standards are being maintained at all times.
