Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, - Harrow Integrated Care the post holder will provide clinical, professional, and operational leadership to the Clinical Nurse Specialist team, ensuring the delivery of high quality, patient centred palliative care services across Harrow. This role combines advanced clinical practice, leadership, education, service development, research, and quality improvement. The successful candidate will provide expert specialist advice, support workforce development, lead service improvements, and contribute to the strategic direction of community palliative care services.
