The post is Trust-wide and will work across our three sites and other Trust or partner locations as required. The role will work closely with all divisions, directorates and corporate services, acting as a subject matter expert. ### Main duties of the job The postholder will provide senior, autonomous, clinical leadership to support the delivery of complex service change and reconfiguration within the Shape of DBTH pillar of the Reset Programme. The post holder will act as a clinically credible change leader, working independently to support Executive Leads and DBTHi in the delivery of agreed programme milestones, project outputs and benefits, ensuring change is safe, evidence‑based, and co‑produced. The role will work across professional boundaries, support difficult decisions, challenge constructively and keep delivery focused on patient care, quality, access, productivity and financial sustainability.
