This is a key nursing post, sitting within the NMGH Corporate Nursing Team, supporting the NMGH Deputy Director of Nursing, Heads of Nursing, and Divisional Nursing Teams in developing our nursing colleagues to a new level of excellence. You will be an experienced senior nurse who has held previous leadership roles and possesses a proven record of delivering workforce and professional development improvement projects. They must be able to demonstrate evidence-based practice and knowledge of the current healthcare agenda. The post holder will be skilled at building relationships and influencing within the NMGH teams. They will be an excellent communicator, well organised, able to triangulate and promote policy, guidance and data to inform decision making.
